High Oxygen Training

HOT is illuminate Gym's proprietary brand of personal training that was developed when personal trainers found that working with weights at a fast pace without sacrificing form really created some serious results.  High Oxygen Training is an approach to fitness that transforms resistance training (weight lifting) into a more aerobic exercise rather than the traditional anaerobic way of resistance training. In years past, personal trainers trained their clients in time increments of 2-1 (rest to exercise). At Illuminate Gym our trainers attempt to work their clients double the time they rest creating a high calorie burning way of working with weights.  That's why we call it High Oxygen Training.

At larger fitness facilities people usually spend about 20 minutes working out in an hour workout with a personal trainer.  This is true because of the 'walk time' at a larger facility, the traffic of a lot of people, and most gyms don't do High Oxygen Training.  At Illuminate Gym you will be lucky to get 2 minutes of rest within our HOT principles. 

At Illuminate Gym we don't just push people into the fire of High Oxygen Training.  However, within a month or so we will push people to work up to a complete HOT session. 

It's important to note that at Illuminate Gym all of our customers have custom workout regimens wtihing our HOT principles.  Every person is different within their goals and fitness when they start with Illuminate Gym so don't think that everyone at Illuminate Gym does the same workout because that's not the case.  Isn't it time for you to come check out the 'Hottest' gym in Harker Heights, Texas!
